Zash Perfume Return Policy

1. General Return/Exchange Conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zash fragrance purchase. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

• Eligibility Window: We accept returns or exchanges for eligible items within 7days from the original delivery date.

• Condition of Item: For a return to be accepted, the perfume bottle must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed plastic packaging (cellophane). The product must be in the same condition that you received it.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order number, packing slip) is required for all returns and exchanges
